It’s a display font through and through—meant to grab attention, not to carry detailed information. Trying to squeeze too much text into a tight space with Jack Cromo can lead to readability issues, especially on fast-scrolling feeds.
Pairing Jack Cromo With Other Fonts
One of the most effective strategies I found was pairing Jack Cromo with a minimalist sans serif. This combination kept the design balanced—Jack Cromo handled the personality while the secondary font grounded the message with clarity. For a seasonal sale campaign, I used it for the main “25% Off” header and paired it with a light-weight Open Sans for the dates and fine print. The contrast made the design feel both fun and professional.
If you're going for a more editorial or vintage look, pairing Jack Cromo with a serif or script font can also work well.
